Pricing Error Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice and apply to all orders, whether for delivery, web-based, or in-house. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, occasional errors may occur due to typographical, photographic, technical errors, or incorrect pricing from suppliers.
In the event of a pricing error:
- If the correct price is lower: You will be charged the lower amount.
- If the correct price is higher: We will contact you with the updated price. If we do not receive a timely response, your order will be canceled, and you will be informed of the error. You will have the option to purchase the item at the corrected price if desired.
Greenpharms reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices.
Return Policy
All sales are final. In the event of a manufacturing defect, products must be returned within 72 hours. All returns/exchanges will be subject to manager approval. If 72 hours have passed since your purchase, you may not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return/exchange, the item has to be in the purchase history of the person asking for the return/exchange.
- If a return is approved, the customer will receive a store credit for the original purchase price. No cash refunds.
Terms and Conditions for Sales and Promotions
Sales are a limited time offer. Offer good while supplies last. Offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. Some offers are limited to one per customer and account. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items. If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount. If any of the products or content related to an offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies. If you violate any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid. This promotion or offer is valid within the dates as stated. Sale exclusions apply. Excludes any items on clearance or already at a discounted price. No adjustment on previously placed orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount. Select items in the clearance category marked down. Store Policy: Prohibited Items and Access

Damaged Merchandise
At Greenpharms, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to all our customers. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure fairness to all shoppers, we have implemented the following policy regarding damage to merchandise:
Customer Responsibility:
In the event that a customer accidentally damages or breaks any merchandise while in our store, the customer will be responsible for purchasing the damaged item.
Assessment of Damage:
Store associates will assess the extent of the damage and determine the cost of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are dropped, spilled upon, or otherwise rendered unfit for sale.
Payment:
Once the cost of the damaged item is determined, the customer will be required to pay for the item before leaving the store.
Exceptions:
This policy applies to all items in our store, with the exception of items that are inherently defective or damaged prior to purchase. For these cases, customers should notify a store associate immediately.
